The Norwegian company Tritoria Finance AS, forming the core of the group, was founded by the brothers Øivind and Jan Lindstad in 2015. In 2019, the group was donated to the newly established Tritoria Foundation, with the brothers Lindstad as founders. Since then, the group has diligently worked to create value in alignment with the foundation’s directives.
